Founded in 2018.
Bayfront Home Buyers LLC is a real estate solutions and property acquisition company. We work directly with homeowners across Michigan and Indiana, and we try to make selling a straightforward, unhurried thing to do.
What we do
A direct sale, not a listing.
You are not listing the house with us. We look at it, talk it through with you, and if it is a fit we make you an offer — no marketing, no showings, and no agent commission coming out of the sale.
That makes for a shorter and plainer process than a listing. You deal with us directly from the first conversation through to closing, so you can get a straight answer to a direct question.

Where we work
Michigan and Indiana, and the houses in them.
These two states are not one market. Michigan is full of older houses — pre-war brick and frame homes around Detroit and Flint, with original systems and long-tenure owners. Indiana is newer and busier, from the mill-town neighbourhoods of Lake County to the family streets on the east side of Indianapolis.
Knowing the difference is most of what makes a conversation useful. When you tell us where the house is and what shape it is in, we generally already have a picture of the street it sits on.
